Stop to smell the roses! I mean it. There is so much bad going on in the world every second that can distract us from the good things that happen at the same time. When I first wake up in the morning the first thing I do is say thank you to “The One” then I stretch and look out the window. Recently I have started walking in the mornings again. Even when it’s cold. I do not like running much but sometimes I feel a good jog coming on, so I pick up the pace. Then I fix up a nice hot plate of sardine and eggs or a bowl of Kashi cereal with almond milk.
Most recently I have been running around doing a lot of Brand Ambassador work, braiding hair, working on a music project and studying for school, but I always find time to do things that do not take away so much brain juice. I would like to get back to yoga practice, but these days I do not have the space. I relocated to Atlanta so I’m sharing space now but that will all soon change.
Tennis is one of my favorite sports! I have a strong backhand. I would play everyday so I think I get enough running as it is there.
Reading is a great relaxing hobby of mine. I love to exercise my brain a bit by expanding it with knowledge, funny and romance novels.
