YAH for cookies and cream! Also what a fun way to get the kids to enjoy fruit. I tried this recipe for Christmas and everyone enjoyed it! Yum Yum! The ingredients call for a cream cheese frosting but there are dairy-free alternatives that can be found at Wholefoods and Trader Joes. I had this post on my Fun Food page and since I update that page every week. I thought I would move it on over here 🙂
What I used:
- Sugar cookie for the crust
- Strawberries
- Kiwi
- Pineapple
- Blueberries
